One proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
The regular registration fee does not include tutorials or the banquet.
No hard copy of the proceedings will be produced. Proceedings will be in electronic format only.
You must be an IEEE Member at the time of registration to receive the IEEE Member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.
Student rates require that a copy/scan of student ID be supplied to Destréé Organisation. icip2011@destree.be

Payment confirmation, with amount, will be sent electronically. Invoices upon request. Payment is requested upon registration; No purchase orders. Each attendee must register separately. Attendees not using credit cards must pay by bank transfer, clearly indicating the participant's name in communication. Payment by check or money order will not be accepted. There will be a €25 Euro fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee €100 Euro before August 11, 2011. No refunds after August 11, 2011.

Important Information

Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by June 17, 2011. Also, one of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. Please have your paper ID(s) of the paper(s) you will cover with your non-student registration ready before beginning the registration process. One full registration can cover up to 4 papers, although the presenting of three or more papers by one person is strongly discouraged in order to maintain a high quality of presentation.

Please note that papers which are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings.
• Each author is strongly advised not to present three or more papers in this conference, since this might affect the quality of presentation.
